No doubt that a bail out is needed, but it has to be done justifiably and this include all those conditions plus the most important part, an investigation and prosecution of CEOs involve or responsible for this whole mess.

Looks like I am wrong, it would seem yes he would agree an oversight committe but it would have to consist of his people. Plus he wants to give Paulson veto power, imagine that veto power over Congress on this bail out money?
I think they should postpone and cancell both the presidential and VP debates and instead push forward for an early Presidential election next week! it is time for a new President!
