I find it histerical that Biden completely botched the history of the Great Depression and nobody is calling him out on it.

Katie Couric had a short interview with Palin and seemed to expect her to know the entire political history of the 20+ years of voting records and "Maverick" examples of McCain, but nobody wants to call out Biden for screwing up this basic American History fact.

For those of you that don't know, because again... the double standard of mainstream media won't play on this one very hard... Right after telling Katie "Part of what being a leader does is to instill confidence, is to demonstrate what he or she knows what they are talking about...", he stated "When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened,'".

I think most people with a shred of knowledge about the economy know that Hoover was president when the stock market crashed in 29... and there was no commercial television until 1939! Then, in his defense, the campaign manager stated this: "I'm proud to say that we Democrats aren't experts at Herbert Hoover depression economics like John McCain and his pals." OHHHHH, REALLY??? That's funny, because I thought McCain didn't know anything about the economy!!!! Wow, that's awesome!

If this was the McCain campaign, the Obama maniacs would be all over this one! AGAIN, my point is made about the double standard of media!
