Bail out bill does not pass the House. Markets tank.
The initial vote in the House on the bail out bill does not pass. 223-207. Markets tank. Dow initially drops 680 points, down 300 now. Source: http://www.trulynewsworthy.com. This only adds more questions to the situation.
