Default Bill Clinton Testifies

Bill Clinton just finished 3 hours of what Slade Gordon, commissioner, described as a "conversation" instead of testimony before the commission.

Typical Bill. Oh well, Bill always could talk his way out of a paper bag. Sounds like the Commision went easy on him....especially compared to what the Dems on the panel did to Rice this morning.

Hey, it wasn't me who described it as "conversation." It was one of the Commissioners. Of course, being the political commission that it is....I'm sure the Dems on the Committee will have nothing but glowing things to say about Bill's conversation.

You seem to ignore the fact that a) Bill Clinton is not currently in office b) that the current president and vice-president will also have conversations, not sworn testimony, c) that Bill Clinton has no previous testimony that has been called into question, or contradicted, by himself or others and d) that he has not been making the rounds of the talk shows to talk publicly about issues before the commission. Bill Clinton is also not the one that has refused to turn over the papers that were given to the Bush administration by the Clinton administration.

Default .

Clintons abilities to answer questions :

I remember when he was in northern ireland, it was in Autumn (fall) of 1998 just after the powersharing executive was established. he arrived after meeting with Yeltsin in Russia (it would be funny to see what he makes of chechyn fighers ) , In Belfast at a press conference, the US media were asking him questions about the Balkans despite the fact that the Balkans weren't on the 'agenda'.

As for Bush, will he even come back from Crawford?

Clinton was....
1) in office for 8 years....AFTER the first WTC terrorist attack on our country
2) in office when bin Laden and al Qaeda declared "jihad" (war) on Americans.
3) in office when 2 American Embassy's were bombed by al Qaeda
4) in office when The Cole was attacked by Al Qaeda
5) in office for 8 years and never had a comprehensive, offensive plan to eliminate al Qaeda
6) in office and didn't even consider al Qaeda a priority per Dick Morris
7) in office when he had 2 chances....count 'em.....2 chances to get bin Laden when he was offered to him on a silver platter
in office for 8 years from the first attack and NEVER thought we needed to revamp the FBI or the CIA.

I sure hope somebody on that panel ask him about some of those things.

I lived here since 98, and the economy was excellent until Bush got in office, everytime a Republican gets in office we get a bad economy and a war and lose allies.
