Further proof that the UN is a out dated useless institution. I dought they will do anything about this but say, "You guys have been very very bad and we are very very mad at you. This Monday we are going to take action by telling the whole world in a long 4 hour speech how upset we are with you people." Seems the League of Nation syndrome is poping up again.
