Adding up to be a hoax, but I'll let the police decide.

The "B" is the most suspicious part. Besides being backwards:

- would you be perfectly still while someone scratches a B into your cheek?

- could you scratch a perfect shaped B into someones cheek at night time without cutting them?

- who here wouldn't let the police get you to a hospital? that's just SOP.

Hell, I'd get a tetanus shot, an aids check, disinfectant, antibiotics and some pain pills.

Why on earth would a person refuse treatment, and then later twitter "I had a bad night"??

The B was scratched while looking in a mirror.

This is definitely a hoax.

There are a lot of crazy people out there.
