Iraq's Ministry of Health:
In the six months ending 1 January 2005, 3,274 Iraqi civilians were killed. Of those deaths, 60% - 2,041 civilians - were killed by the coalition and Iraqi security forces. Ouch.... that's just wrong. (I don't mean factually)
But I'm guessing it feels right, right, right to Sadistic-Savior. (reference the 'Iraq Election:Clear Victory' thread, aka the Bush BJ thread)

There's been no verifiable data because the U.S. military, who would be in the best position to provide such data, has deeemed it not important to keep track.

Yes, someone is counting the number of civilians. It is not in the "tens of thousands."
At least 5,000 civilians may have been killed during the invasion of Iraq, an independent research group has claimed. As more evidence is collated, it says, the figure could reach 10,000. http://www.antiwar.com/casualties/ Seriously, when an anti-war site doesn't feel the need to exaggerate, why do you?
