Default my catch up

If there is any one thing the American ppl shouldn't have reacted to in the last 5 years, it was Schiavo. Yet, its the only thing they reacted to. 9/11 happened and everyone turned inward and cried on each others shoulder's.

When the pope died I thought "ehh big deal." He was sick for several months and we all saw it coming for the last month. He was a good guy and his indecision during the queer pedophile priest scandal is STILL quite aggravating. Then, a few days ago I heard 20 or so ppl talking about their admiration for him and they were from every corner of the earth. After hearing that I felt like an oblivious 15 yr old blonde. The kind hears one line about Iraq on the Today Show, while going out the door to school, and then comments on it later in the day. Probably at the wrong time as well. For the first time in my life I actually felt like what I said was 10 cents worth. Half way through that 2 hr biography special on Scarborough's show last night, I recognized that these ppl are crying for the same reason I cried (and my eyes are balling now) when Reagan died. because it was such a tremendous life and you wish you could be that great a man.

I haven't been on here writing up a storm recently cuz I've been buying soda then selling soda at school. I buy a few 24 or 36 packs a week at Sam's Club and it comes out to 25 cents a can, + or - 2 cents. $1 per 12 oz can. I make 75 cent profit per can and 25 cent profit per can my friend sells (I supply him). Some other kid was selling 8 oz cans same price and he didn't keep em chilled for the same price. I take a duffel bag and put a towel in then lay down ice packs put 24 cans of 2 dif brands then put another ice pack on top. That keeps em cold all day. That kid tried to sell the same thing cheaper but he doesn't have the money, volume or exposure to put us out. I'm gonna see if I can get another 1 or 2 friends selling and pull in another $10 per day. And YES I WAS looking for a place to gloat about this lol. If ya have any suggestions reply below so ppl can expand on ur ideas.

Start small, think big... and grow.

You're even taking distribution into account. Good job.

If the competition starts gaining, maybe do something (buy 4 get the fifth for a discounted price?) for repeat customers. How do you advertise? Is it word of mouth or flyers, etc.?

Default Wait?

So is lonerider confessing publicly to being an evil capitalist? To be corrupted at such a young age, the American system truly is like a disease... a virus running rampant corruptiing young minds with the promise of future wealth...I think these untaxed profits are simply shameful.

Default Try moving into pot.

The margins are better. And it weighs less and does not have to be chilled.

Default good on you!

I have no wisdom to impart, being a simple wage slave. You are way ahead of me...remember us when you come into your own.

(Is trade 'American'? - echoes of the Soviet Empire's former claims to have invented everything from nipples to the wheel).

The Sumerians invented the wheel... and cuniform writing and clay tablets and receipts and women and childrens rights, and the mythos that christianity was based upon(their first man was called Adamus and he was placed by the gods in E'din), and base 60 mathematics, and "public" schools... and.. and.. and...

some conversation around those campfires...they sound like great people (after 'Pope's Death Likely' thread) - but why did they all die?
