Did Hillary Clinton win her Senate seat through fraud?

David Rosen, former National Finance Director of Hillary Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign, is under a four-count federal indictment charging that he "knowingly and willfully caused to be made materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements" to the Federal Election Commission regarding more than $1 million in campaign contributions. Each of the four felony counts carries a possible penalty of five years in prison and $250,000 in fines.

This is the most massive fraud ever charged against a political campaign by the U.S. Government.

The criminal charges against Rosen stem from the largest fundraiser on behalf of Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign. The August 12, 2000 Hollywood Gala Salute to President Clinton featured performances by Cher, Diana Ross, Toni Braxton, Patti LaBelle, Melissa Etheridge, Sugar Ray and Michael Bolton. The event cost organizer Peter Paul more than $1.2 million to host, and raised $1 million in "hard money" contributions. By falsely reporting those costs as $401,419, the Clinton campaign avoided paying at least $800,000 in hard money -- not including the fair market value of the performances -- during the crucial final weeks before the election. If Paul's contribution had been reported fully as required by law, it could have bankrupted the campaign.

Peter Paul's extensive evidence, which we will organize and present on this site, shows clearly that Hillary Clinton knew of the actions taken by her finance director, and that she orchestrated those actions and others in violation of federal campaign statutes and regulations.

Of course, she didn't know what was going on. Isn't she well known for delegating authority? How can people argue that the "smartest woman in the world" never has clue as to what's going on around her?

But that's the point. There's ALSO no proof that Tom Delay knew that the lobbyist Abramoff used his own personal credit card to pay a bill for one of the trips Delay took either.....and YET.....THE PRESS IS STILL COVERING IT AND MAKING A BIG DEAL OF IT.....RIGHT????

So, ask yourself why that is? Because the liberal press is trying to help get rid of Tom Delay....but NOT Hillary Clinton!

She's got to be innocent and even if she isn't her and Bill are like glue.
Everything they say or do bounces off of them and ends up being a no go because the people involved end up dead. And I am not accusing anyone of anything just stating the fact that friends of Clintons don't have a normal life expectancy.

So, going by just the hillcap site, this story has been on Fox News, the New York Times, the New York Post,the New Orleans Times-Picayune, the L.A. Times and the Washington Post, to name a few.

The campaign finance director has been investigated and indicted.

How, exactly, does this qualify as "least reported?"

As for the site, a guy with a criminal history and an ax to grind has made allegations and this is evidence? Even Judicial Watch has severed ties with him.

With DeLay, he's been reprimanded THREE TIMES by the ethics committee, and then responded by sacking the committee chairman and changing the ethics rules. He put people on the committee who had contributed to his legal defense fund. There was the Texas redistricting, though I know you disagree on that. All that is known and proven. Abramoff, the foreign-agent trips and fund-raising involving his PAC are just icing on the cake.

Oh.....so you think that this biggest financial scandal ever is getting the same press as Tom Delay? Think again. IF some of these outlets have mentioned....it is much like you just spinned it. Certainly not going after Dear Ms. Hillary.

But never mind. Now that the truth has come out.....that TWO Democrat Congressmen ALSO had trips paid for by Abramoff back in 1997.....it's pretty much all over. Yes, the Ethics Committe may very well go through the process of their dog and pony show----but Democrats will take as much of the heat as Delay. BTW, Pelosi believes these two Democrat Congressmen when THEY say they didn't realize it was being paid for by the lobbyist. Funny how she doesn't believe Delay, isn't it? Funny? No.......just partisan politics. I told you that the Dems would regret all this hoopla over Delay. Now they are in the position of having to defend themselves for the EXACT same things.

And yes......Hillary's campaign finance director was investigated and indicted. But I see no Democrats trying to connect any dots to her. Funny how that works, isn't it?

BTW, the redistricting done in Texas was perfectly legal. Dems have been doing it for decades....as they've been in control for decades. Problem is.....they don't know how to share when they lose power. And IF you think Dems didn't ALWAYS draw the districting lines to favor them all those years; think again. Proof is in the fact that they NEVER ONCE sent a Republican majority to represent us in Congress. So, why would that be Raytri....IF they weren't drawing them in their favor? So....puhleeze......spare me the crying now about the current maps.
