The federal laws you are referencing were changed approximately 10 years ago....lost track of time in a fog of hippy lettuce, kala?

And yet France systematcially deprives muslim inmates of the right to practice their beliefs...and, given that muslims make up only approximately 10% of the population of France and 70% of it's prison inmates, it also could be argued that some of those inmates might indeed be innocent victims of institutionalized racism.

We shouldn't allow Islamo-fascists to practice their religion in Gitmo. It's their crazy religious views that are the problem.
