May 3 issue - It began as another day of stone-throwing at Biddo, a West Bank village that has seen repeated clashes between Israeli troops and demonstrators protesting the Israeli security fence. As he stood watching the protests, Mohammed Badwan, 13, was apparently grabbed by Israeli officers and tied by one arm to a screen covering the windshield of their armored vehicle. A photographer snapped a picture of the incident, which brought condemnation from human-rights groups. "He was a shield for them," the boy's father, Saeed Badwan, told reporters. "When I saw him on the hood of the jeep, my whole mind went crazy ... He was shivering from fear." Israeli police promised an investigation.
Said spokesman Gil Kleiman, "As a general rule, we do not expose civilians to physical damage willingly." ---------------------------------------- Last year, the Israeli Government made it legal to use "volentary" palestinians as human shields. This is a lie. Israel is nothing but a filthy terrorist state |

In any war there are crimes by both sides. The real key is whether or not the leaders do anything about the crimes.
They promised an investigation, and they should (*)(*)(*)(*) sure punish to people who committed the crime.

The problem is if an investigation is carried out, I doubt that the final verdict will actually do anything. Israel has a tendency of delaying these trials until people forget about it. Among other things, Israel is still refusing to repay the EU for all the EU built stuff they have blown up during this intifada.
