Yeah there are white terrorists also, but lately it has been people of arab decent blowing up trains and buses etc. With these random searches they search retired senior citizens who haven't been participating in terrorism much lately.

My question still stands: how do we describe a dangerous and violent arab? Is it the one wearing long flowing robes and a turbin (sorry if i misspelled this), or is it the one wearing denim jeans with cool Nike air Sneaker and a black tshirt saying I New York?

I don't know that racial profiling has anything to do with styles of clothing. In fact, I don't think it does.

Actually, in the case of muslims, racial profiling often does include clothing since their tradtional style of dress singles them out from the nonmuslims.

Yes. And if Timothy McVeigh had been part of a larger, organized group of extremist white guys.....like perhaps the KKK...... that had declared war on an entire group of people AND had been killing them for years, it would have been perfectly acceptable to profile them. I would have no problem with it.


But all those guys.....McVeigh, the Unibomber, and Eric Rudolph were all individuals with individual gripes. They were NOT part of an organized, world-wide group and movement.

And that's exactly why the 19 homicide bombers on 9/11 dressed in traditional-looking, westernized clothing and had no beards, etc....so they would blend in and not raise suspicion.

In other words, all whites are not responsible for the actions of a few bad apples amongst their racial group.

Nah, they don't always where their traditional style clothing when carrying out terrorist activities. It's common for them to try to blend in wearing t-shirts and jeans.
