My brother doesn't work for the BBC. You can get into semantics about the name Palestine, Philistine, Falastine, other translierations names etc. The debate is irrelavant.

The Palestinians, the Arabs of the land, were indigenous, and they were distinct from other Arabs in the region. That is what remains.
