Republic of Kosova is an independent, sovereign, democratic, secular state!
To be more clear:
The new constitution second amendment emphasizes the separation of state and church. No religion is allowed in the government or other entities that are part of the government which it means schools as well.

In Republic of Kosova, you could lose your job if you preach about religion in school which it's not an issue by all means, since most people are deists or atheists.

An enlightenment from the Albanian renaissance man:

Moreover,

Most of the arab countries are connected with Russia and Serbia. Serbia and Russia are one of the biggest military suppliers to these countries.
Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq and others. None of these countries are democratic. Most of them are theocratic or autocratic countries where women are treated as second class citizens. Oppressed, unable to exercise their basic human rights. Their total economy makes up of roughly 2% in the world.


Second of all, a lot of these arabs hate America. The burning of American flag which it happens in Belgrade, Serbia and other arab capitals is a common thing.



Like I said, their recognition hardly matters to the average citizen of Republic of Kosova.

I have concluded that Serbia has an aimless policy, or perhaps its politicians are trying to gain some political points in their upcoming elections.

Ultimately, bear this in mind, All Arab countries will recognize it. And, remember, even before Declaration of Independence, Arabs have said they will not hurry up, but will eventually recognize it as situation develops.
