Well again I would expect something like Ecstacy to step up. Definitly not heroin. Certainly pushers would have some impact. I think it's mostly a question of how much.
I suppose in part that might be related to why people have to risk going to jail to do a drug instead of just getting buzzed on alcohol for less money and with less risk. Things like "because it's cool" or because a dealer got them into it could shift.
