Never be legalized, impossible to tax. If they could tax pot it would be legal tomorrow.

Drug cartels thrive because of restrictions on drugs. Legalizing a drug would only hurt business as legitimate businesses begin to sell it.

True, but since people can easily grow it themselves, it will hardly become a multi million dollar business.
