United States' Trade a Growing Problem
The title might say enough, but in short, America faces an increasing problem with its trade. As a result of outsourcing, deindustrialization, and greater competition from all regions, the United States are slowing down in their exporting power, gaining a massive deficit and growing debt. While some cheer that the "American hegemon" can no longer monopolize trade, it means more than just greater trade for other nations: there are long-term repercussions to Americans and the world. I guess my question is: What can the United States do to repair their trade and still maintain a healthy competitive trade market worldwide?
