Should we switch to passive style world food economics?
The fish and meat reservse are dramatically dropping, there is supposedly a global shortage of food, yet I see millions of tons food thrown to the waste because it has expired date.
Wouldn't it be more appropriate if people were ordering their food needs some time in advance BEFORE the food was actually prepared? Then we could consume just as much as we actually need +/- some error, but in any case much more effectively than now?
