Icon8 problems with public schools

people are often talking about how students aren't learning enough in public schools, and as a high school student, i have seen the problems with the school system. i am a pretty smart student, and can ace all of the tests without even trying and know all of the material without studying. however, the grading systems don't seem to care about academics anymore and care only about meaningless busywork that bores the heck out of the best students. also, teachers give ridiculous amounts of "art projects" that apparently are supposed to cater to artistic people. unfortunately, these are treated as if being a good artist means you are good at AP history or honors chemistry. i don't know if anyone else had similar experiences, but i seem to be the only person who ever noticed this problem.

in general, the students who do well in school are the ones who do what theyre told with slavelike obedience without the vaguest clue as to what they are supposed to learn. i don't know when it happened, but apparently public schools are no longer about education, just about doing what you're told.

public education is a wholly own subsidiary of the N.E.A. their motto is "competition is anathema"

Here's what happened. A bunch of stupid people (we'll call them liberals) became college professors. They "taught" (brainwashed more like it) other stupid people to become "teachers." Those "teachers" joined unions which promote the ideas that teachers are underpaid and overworked. So they give the teachers more money to work fewer hours (more vacations, 6 hour work days) and teach fewer students (smaller class sizes).

Then the teachers decided they weren't teaching the right stuff or the right way. Enter political correctness and the movements to teach children about diversity, alternative sexual lifestyles, the scientific facts of the religion of evolution and other dogmatic belief systems of today modern liberal thinkers. The need to end competition in the class became apparent when some students lagged behind others which damaged the "self-esteem" of the stupid kids. It was necessary to dumb down the curriculum so that everyone could keep up (and because the "teachers" really weren't very well educated themselves thanks to the liberal college professors).

This is just some of what is wrong with todays schools. If we really want to improve education in America, we should give the teachers IQ tests, and then fire the bottom 1/3.

That's how it is meant to be, real education is bad because real education would lead to independent thought and create differences, schooling on the other hand is meant to lead to conformity and obedience!

"education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished" -- Johann Gottlieb Fichte
