Katherine Harris has always had doubters....

No one told her she'd win her bid for state senate and she ended up not only winning, but walking away with it.

No one told her she'd win her bid for Secretary of State, but she came from behind and won in a land slide.

She was the underdog running for congress and won THAT in a landslide despite being down 10 points most of the election.


Say what you want about her, she's a F(cking winner. She'll outspend and rake Nelson over the coals and bully her way into the Senate just like she's done in every other office she's run for. As a pure candidate, she may be the best campaigner i've ever seen anywhere, male/ female, presidents, anyone. She'll win the race.

From the way you describe her she sounds like a frighteningly crazed nutjob. Why is that the US elects people whose behaviour, in any other sphere of life, would warrant calling the authorities and having them hauled away in a straight jacket.

And her idea of making herself presentable to the public is evidence of a very shaky understanding of the fine line between 'presentable' on the one hand, and scary-as-hell in a skeletal-skin-paint-with-hair sorta way...on the other...

Dems will be delighted that the most polarizing figure in Florida's political history will run a statewide campaign.

Nawbut, she is frightening. Many in the republican party do not support her endeavor.

I want to know how Harris is going to campaign and avoid talking about this bribery scandal.

Again, she wins time after time after time after time despite scandal, bad press, and opposition that don't dislike her..they HATE her.

And you know what, she's still going to win. Mark my words.

I dont doubt you...(but I see that she uses that tried and tested 'never knowingly' defence...must be getting just a bit worn-out by this crowd, I would have thought).
