Default Who Do You Want to Elect President in 2008?

It is a bit early, but I'm curious about who you want to vote for in 2008. I will most likely vote for Chuck Hagel if he gets the Republican nomination. If, however, the election comes down to another strictly partisan Republican and a Democrat whom I simply cannot vote for because of my pro-life stance, then I won't vote at all. Who are you hoping wins the Presidential election in 2008? I appreciate all replies. Thank you very much.

Do you think the Republicans will nominate Hagel- or just another partisan who never questions George W. Bush? Unfortunately, I think it will be the latter.

I'll have to wait and see who the choices are.
Then I can choose the least horrible one.

Default Democrat

If I was American I would vote for a democrat. Even though Bush was a decent President in my opinion, important issues such as healthcare and medical research continue to be ignored. Kerry had some good ideas on healthcare, although I wouldn't mind Gore or Hilary either. I think Gore deserves the Presidency more than anyone, if he ran I would pick him.

Colin Powell has a blot on his record, the WMD speech to the UN did him in.

McCain is out of touch with Americans. During a union speech, he offered anybody in the crowd $50 an hour to pick lettuce in Arizona, He thought this was a bad deal. McCain was promoting his guest worker program.

That's because the mainstream media promotes him.
