Dick was not an elected official, nor running for office.
Dick was not accused of sexual harassment and sued.
AFAIK, Dick's sex was not funded by taxpayers.
Dick did not lie under oath about having sex.
AFAIK, Dick did not have sex in the oval office.
Dick lost his job because of it.
