Ron Paul, of course. That's a silly question.

I believe Guiliani will win. He's gained the trust of the nation by doing well as the mayor of New York and he's proven he knows what he is doing. In fact, most people don't even know who McCain is. So, hats off to Rudy Guiliani.

I think McCain is a great and decent man and I love to hear him speak. Still I personally would not vote for him unless his opponent was Hillary. I'd like him as a senator, even a governor, but simply due to my feelings on policy I would not vote for him as president. But I'd love to see him as the Republican choice because he is a great guy and I think he deserves to be president even if I don't agree with him on policy.
Giuliani I believe is overrated and I don't think he has as much character as McCain... but I think he has a better shot because he's younger and very very popular. He was in an Adam Sandler movie for crying out loud! If Hillary still seems the top dog (which I doubt), the Republican leadership will push Giuliani because he can take New York from her and leave no chance for the Democrats to come even close.
It's a moot point for me since, barring Hillary's candidacy (since her position is simply whatever increases her chances at getting elected), the only Republican I could see myself voting for is Ron Paul. McCain could win me over perhaps down the line.

Assuming it stays that way there is a silver lining in the next election. No neo-con will win!

McCain vs. Clinton?

I can see it now... 50/50 split down to the wire until some 527 comes cruising in on a swiftboat with pictures of Old Bill and his 20 something sweetheart. At some point Hillary's greatest strength may become her greatest weakness.

Me? I'm not a McCain guy.

Lets see Gulianni...not going to make throught the primaries IF he even decides to get into them at all.

McCain seen as too close to Bush and not electable by the majority of Americans...you have a better shot my freind with an unknown governor then either of these dinosaurs!

Nope it will be just about ANY democrat that will be in the whitehouse next. My hope is that the dems lose control of either the house or the senate when this happens....its better for the country then a one party gvt.

Surprised that your front runner is an Amnesty loving, CPF pushin, liberal Neo-Con. Why not just push Bush to stay another term? Not only would you get the same values, we’d get to see all the conspiracy nuts start jumping off buildings or rioting.

I half agree here: if Iraq is a serious issue and Bush has continued to botch things from now till then, it’ll be pretty hard for any long-term Iraq’er to win.

Honestly, if we had a semi-Conservative congress I would consider voting for Giuliani, but McCain I won’t even consider. I’ve grown up in the South West my entire life and have seen too many consequences of illegal immigration to side with an amnesty supporting president.

As it stands today, I hope Romney comes out on top. If someone with the same values gets the Republican nomination, I won’t hesitate to help vote them in....but if McCain or Giuliani gets it, I’ll be writing someone else in.
