I wonder how those people respond when an illegal is detained on wife abuse for a few days..released then murders a man in cold blood..
After ordered to be sent back 2 times ?
Or when a guy released from Gitmo returns to the war front and denotes a chest bomb killing 5 American soldiers ?
Or how Somalians in Minnesota are not watched as they raise money ..recruit and return to become terrorist.
The world is not 1920... and the rules are not followed by the opposition.

People should take this seriously. Rand Paul is much more moderate in what he says than his father. When his hackles are raised, folks should pay attention.
Designating the US as a battleground opens up a huge can of worms. We can only hope Obama doesn't sign this INSANE piece of legislation.
The neo-cons have lost their minds and are trying to drag the whole country into Hell with them.
This absolutely convinces me that Ron Paul is the only sane choice for President.

It's a possibility. But it's not just Conservatives who should be concerned about such far reaching laws, everyone should be concerned. Depending on who is running the show, a terrorist could be a myriad of different things. The idea of Federal troops detaining U.S. citizens on U.S. soil is just insane.This combined with the other tell-tale signs I worry that conservatives would soon be hunted down for our beliefs and charged as terrorists.
