The quote is referring to the negative of Kenendy being made to look a lil boy by Kruschev in their Switzerland meeting months before the CUban Missile Crisis and how that meetign made Kruschev to decide to go ahead with placing misisles in Cuba.

That it happenned was a negative and the reason it happenned was do to Kennedy getting smacked around.

just as kruschev underestimated JFK, believing the young president's limited experience was synonymous with weakness, JFK kicked his communist butt in the cuban crisis. a lesser man (such as nixon) would have blinked.

the point being, the better man need not be the one with the greatest experience but the one with the best intellect and character. should we seek to elect the better man this election we would go with Dr. Paul, but since he won't be running vote Obama and put the next best candidate in the white house
