Most white people don't give black people any thought at all (despite what some blacks think). The overtly racist whites are a small, but vocal minority. A larger number of whites don't have anything in particular against blacks, but don't like or want any part of inner city black culture or the people living it. That gets misrepresented sometimes as racism when it's not.

Indeed. I like some black people. I dislike other black people. My liking or disliking them has nothing to do with their skin color and everything to do with their character and behavior.

Right. Two of my closest friends are black and I never give skin color a thought. By the same token, 50 cent wannabes dressed in clown pants and speaking a language I don't even understand most of the time are not people I'm going to relate to or like. Some of those people just happen to be white.

Where does it say that a white person did it?

East Texas has a large population of blacks. Many are landowners, business owners, and respected businessmen and women.

I think some assumptions are being made here that may not be factual. And besides, even if it was ONE white person, it's certainly not representative of the entire white population.
