My Letter To John McCain

Dear Senator McCain:

It's been my pleasure sharing the stage with you this past year, as we have worked to promote our ideas to lead this country. I have the deepest respect for you as a person, politician, and an American hero – and I appreciate the way you have run such an issue-based, positive campaign.

Now that the race for the Republican nomination is down to just the two of us, I believe this is the time for a real discussion about our vision for the future of this great country. I encourage you to join me in a Lincoln Douglas-style debate so that voters can better understand our views on critical issues such as health care, education, energy independence, terrorism and national security.

Our Democratic counterparts, Senators Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, have had recent opportunities to underscore the differences in their positions. It seems only fitting to me that Republican primary voters are offered the same.

I look forward to working with your staff to schedule this as soon as possible. I would suggest we set the debate before the March Fourth Primaries. It is my hope that one of the TV networks would offer to sponsor such an event.

Senator, let's lead by example and get the ball rolling. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this idea and debating you in front of the American people

I see why he stayed in now. He plans to issue a verbal lashing which will cause a fatal heart attack.

He's not a sly Criminal !..

He's an honest politician fighting for Human Values shared by many People,
(as both Votes, Delegates, and Polls prove).

No big surprise here. Undergogs try to get a debate so that they can get attention ! Huckleberry is just doing what underdogs do!!

On the contrary :

1) Governor Mike Huckabee is the REVELATION of a Charismatic Political Personality in 2008's US Presidential Elections for Republicans, (just as Obama was for the Dems).


2) Huck can win !
By winning primaries AND delegates (new + old, since many have not yet formally chosen, and are FREE to decide, up to the last minute, what's best for the Party and America), by uniting Conservative Values' delegates together with Romney, Paul, Thomson, etc. Added to McCain and/or his followers' acknowledgement that, alone, they don't have a chance in face of Obama..


3) Naturally, he can become Vice-President, on 2008,


4) He can (also) prepare to be President on 2012 : He's obviously the best placed for that, being also the Youngest of all GOP candidates.


5) But, most importantly (and : in ADDITION to all others, taken together, since all this can be done at the SAME time, in parallel and in harmony), he can DEFEND VALUES in which People want to believe !


The more Votes and Delegates Governor Huckabee succeeds to win, the more Senator McCain will understand that he needs to give serious GUARANTEES to the People that he wil respect some fundamental Values and principles, IF he wants to have ALL the Party, and not only a portion of it, to play the electoral game on November 2008..
