What's the holdup? What's she so worried about that she cannot release her tax returns as past Dem candidates have done???

"After weeks of intense pressure, and more than a year after announcing her presidential candidacy, Sen. Hillary Clinton has offered little explanation for why she has delayed releasing the tax returns made public by most other Democratic presidential candidates in recent years.

"What is the holdup?" said Sheila Krumholz of the Center for Responsive Politics, a nonprofit group that tracks the role of money in politics. "She hasn't exactly made it clear as to what process is making it so cumbersome to just release them."

Past Democratic presidential candidates have set a precedent for releasing their tax returns before or during the primary season."

He has. She won't answer. She gives a bunch of double talk about how she'll do it once she's the nominee. Yeah, sure Hillary---make sure you get the nomination before we can see what's in your tax return. That would only make sense to YOU!!!

Actually, since being pressed, she's said she'll drop the bomb a week before the PA primary; April 15th.

I could care less about her tax return. That has no bearing whatsoever on my opinion of her as being the right candidate.

what if her 5 million that she loaned her campaign came from less than well-respected business practices?

if she has nothing to hide then reveal her financial condition to the voting public before she is nominated.

Id be astounded if there was anything terribly controversial in the tax returns if she will release them before the PA primary. Then again, i could be mistaken. If she doesnt release them when promised, that in itself will become the issue.

If i were the Obama team, id be going quiet on the whole thing. Let the media do what it is they do best!!

The same reason the Clinton's always hold any information up that could be used against them - they're waiting for maximum political advantage. In this case meaning - a time when the information will least likely hurt them.

EVERYTHING is about political advantage and obtaining power with these people.
