It is a hair disturbing. I know many Liberals want to slash military capabilities to save money, so he's gaining points with them there. And he isn't talking about destroying the armed forces, just whacking them down a few notches.

But the "ban all fissable material production" bit? That's beyond a pipe dream, and I get irritated when candidates start promising to try to do things they know they have no chance of achieving.

This thread is about defense and what Barack promises to do. No matter who started the thread, it is not about race. You say to stick to the issues and stop talking about race so start doing it yourself. There is no reason why a person right of center would support either Barack or Hillary. You weaken our military by empowering politicians who extend the military's positions worldwide and then you refuse to actively participate.
