The Vietnam war was a mistake. Anyone who says otherwise has no clue what they are talking about. It was a way for America to show off by 'containment.' It was in no way geared to help the people of South Vietnam. Hell, the South Vietnamese didnt even want us there!!!!

John Kerry talked about war crimes in Vietnam. These were reported frequently during the war. Are you saying this did not happen in Vietnam? It is WRONG to intentionally kill civilians in mass quantities, it is WRONG to burn villages of innocents, and it is WRONG to rape and do all the other wrong things that happened.

Vietnam was not a righteous endeavour. And neither is trying to smear John Kerry for telling the truth about his experiences in Vietnam, and seeing all the horrid things he saw.

By criticizing John Kerry for speaking out against American war crimes in Vietnam, you are essentially saying it was ok for people to commit war crimes. Anyone who thinks war crimes are ok, should go to a hospital right now, because you are not right in the head.
