In the fall, when average Americans go to vote it will be a totally different reality. I'm from CT., a normally Democratic voting state and people all around me are saying if Obama is the nominee they are voting for Mccain.
I live in Delray Beach, near Boca Raton, so as you can imagine, there are a LOT of Clinton Democrats here. Every single Jewish person I've spoken with says that if Obama wins, they wil definitely vote for McCain. Obama simply cannot win, it's simple math.

America is not a Socialist country, this is why the only democrats who ever win, are democrats who SOUND like Republicans (Hello Bill Clinton - Low taxes, Free Trade, Welfare Reform, Era of Big Government Over - Sounds Republican).

I really feel like there is a good chance Mccain could win SEVERAL blue states next fall. He could win 40 states or more!

I mentioned CT. before and popular CT. Senator Joe Lieberman (Democratic VP candidate in 2000) has endorsed Mccain and will be campaining here hard for him next fall. A state like CT. can easily go red next fall.

If Obama loses the jews and middle America too, combined with how poorly he does with hispanics already it could be a real blowout next fall!

Keep in mind Ayers comment about not doing enough where published in the New York Times on September 11, 2001....

and are you trying to imply that there was anything other than a coincidence between the date of his published interview and the attack by extremist saudis?

If Obama is the candidate, I expect McCain to win every state that has a white majority and not a large population of gays...wait, that is every state...except for maybe Mississippi (not sure), and some northeast states, and Wisconsin (not sure why they love Barry so much there)...regardless the southern states don't mean much anyway in regards to electorals

Barack Obama seemed puzzled. Angrily puzzled. The apostle of hope seemed flummoxed by the audacity of the question. At the April 16 Philadelphia debate, George Stephanopoulos, longtime aide to Democratic politicians, was asking about his longtime association with Weather Underground bomber William Ayers.

The Weather Underground attacked the Pentagon, the Capitol and other public buildings; Ayers was quoted in The New York Times on Sept. 11, 2001, as saying, "I don't regret setting bombs; I feel we didn't do enough."

It was at Ayers' house that Obama's state Senate candidacy was launched in 1995; Obama continued to serve on a nonprofit board with Ayers after the Times article appeared.

Obamaites live-blogging the debate were outraged. The press is not supposed to ask such questions. They are supposed to invite the candidates to expatiate on how generous their health care plans are. Or to allow them to proclaim that "we are the change that we are seeking." Or to once again bash George W. Bush.

You act like he got a citiation for jay walking, did what he had to do to make ammends, and moved on with his life. he is an admitted terrorist and in 2001 told the NY Times he was glad he did what he did and wished he did more!

Obama, or his people, should have known who this guys was. Obama met with him in his home, served on boards with him, and most importantly his own campaign said they were "friendly" with each other.

And yeah, the Republicans will eat his lunch next fall. They won't hold back like Hillary is and Obama can't stand the heat now.
Whatever he did pales in comparison to the modern-day terrorists that people seek to smear Obama with now- they never killed anyone, bar accidentaly thir own members, and from what I understand didn't seek to. You don't deny that he has served whatever punishment was just, and has every right to live his life thereafter, including being politically active- what do you people want of him, to slink off into the shadows? Nice 'jay-walking' strawman btw.

I've no doubt they knew who he was- the point is rational people wouldn't care. Even if you disagree with what they did then, do you just ignore what they did thereafter, which no-doubt had a far better bearing on him contacting Obama. This is just crazy.

Like I said before, this is no more than a petty attempt to associate the word OBAMA with TERRORIST. If issues like this really decide your election, than God help us all.

If Obama is elected all Osama has to do is move to Iraq..then he won't exist.

In 1995, State Senator Alice Palmer introduced her chosen successor, Barack Obama, to a few of the district’s influential liberals at the home of two well known figures on the local left: William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.

....

As Bloomberg News reported recently, Obama and Ayers have crossed paths repeatedly in the last decade. In 1997, Obama cited Ayers’ critique of the juvenile justice system in a Chicago Tribune article on what prominent Chicagoans were reading. He and Ayers served together on the board of the Woods Fund of Chicago for three years starting in 1999. In 2001, Ayers also gave $200 to Obama’s state Senate reelection campaign.

...

“When I first met Barack Obama, he was giving a standard, innocuous little talk in the living room of those two legends-in-their-own-minds, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn,” Warren wrote on her blog in 2005. “They were launching him — introducing him to the Hyde Park community as the best thing since sliced bread.”

Obama is a liar... so far just about every aspect of his life he has scewed and made up fake routines for.
