Actually his entire campaign is built around the fact that he believes in the American people. He is tired of Washington politics, not of America itself. You haven't heard him say positive things about this country because you haven't cared to listen. Read his books and you will see that his love and gratitude for this country are great indeed. You know, they say that your best friends are not those that always talk about how great you are all the time, but those that point out your flaws and stick with you nonetheless.

You show me where he says something positive about this country. You tell me where he says how great this country is, how patriotic we are, how we are the best in the world. The other 2 candidates solely focus on this idea. Obama makes it seem that we are all (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up right now. You know what, I, being a neocon, as do a lot of other gun-toting blue-collar democrats like the way the country is, just believe it is off on certain policies.

obama is unable to comprehend this. He thinks we are all black, all poor and all living in the ghetto barely making ends meet, struggling to survive. You look at America today and that is by far not true and not a good campaign slogan to run on. If you want to cater to the blacks, you will lose. Easy as that.

that (*)(*)(*)(*) doesn't fly with me and doesn't resonate with me. And it is clear that the message is growing.

Yes, he can have these massive rallies, but he isn't winning the necessary states to win an election, Hillary Clinton is. He will lose b.c he is a loser. he thinks this country is a loser and I don't want a president who believes in that mentality.

Also, Rodrigu, Obama did not get an AMERICAN education during his grade school years. The key to many of Obams’s missteps is the fact that he got his early education in Indonesia where he did not learn the patriotic American culture. In grade school is where we learn to say the Pledge of Allegiance and put our hand over our heart during the National Anthem. We learn through association with other citizens what it means to be an American and what traditions and symbols are second nature to our way of expressing love of country. Obama not only missed this by getting his early education overseas, he also had a mother who apparently was much more of the world than an American.

This is just one instance. I can show you many more. The mere fact that he's running for president shows that he loves this country, or else he would be ringing up the dough as a trial lawyer for some big company.

Obama only went to elementary school in Indonesia from the ages of 6 to 10. He started 5th grade in Hawaii. I never learned to sing the national anthem with my hand over my heart, only the pledge of allegiance. The only thing I learned that one must do during the national anthem is to stand and remove your hat if you're wearing one. I don't think this is a valid argument for you to make. My brother went to elementary school in Cuba before my parents came over to the US. He, like Obama, started 5th grade in the US, except that my brother knew no English whatsoever. My brother is now very much assimilated into American culture, as is the rest of my family; although, we still retain much of our own culture. It's a fallacy to think that someone is less American than another just because they don't put their hand over their heart during the national anthem. Or that someone is less American than someone else because they criticize the country they love. Progress can only be made by admitting one's faults.
