Default Kerry Breaks with Tradition

Kerry Will Campaign During Republicans' Convention
By JODI WILGOREN

Published: August 18, 2004

ETCHUM, Idaho, Aug. 17 - Breaking with tradition, Senator John Kerry plans to campaign for at least one day during the Republican National Convention, venturing to Nashville to speak at the American Legion's national convention.

http://www.nytimes.com/2004/08/18/po...n/18kerry.html

George W. Bush respected the tradition and did NOT campaign at all during the week-long DNC convention.

Default I'm glad Kerry's breaking tradition!

It's not whining. It's simply stating a fact that John Kerry doesn't abide by or respect any traditions. I'm glad he's breaking tradition. It will just make him look more like the fool that he is. As Democrat Zell Miller gives the KEYNOTE SPEECH at the Republican Convention, the contrast of Kerry breaking tradition will be doing us a big favor.

John Kerry is the one currently whining about his Swift Boat vets ads against him. I wished you'd tell him to quit whining. These guys have as much a right to voice their opinion about him......as he did them after he returned from Vietnam. Kerry may curse the day he ever made Vietnam the centerpiece of his campaign.

Zell Miller will sway a LARGE amount of southern and middlewestern democrats to switch sides. Mark my words... he will also insure the Bush/Cheney campaign will carry the southern states(and that includes Florida..)

Default The inclusion of Zell

actually shows how much more "flaky" the Republicans are. To give the "KEYNOTE SPEECH" Primetime to a DEMOCRAT...Show some COJONES and roll out Newt Gingrich or Rush Limbaugh or Michael Savage!! That will some spine!!

Default Give 'em Zell!!!

Personally, I love to watch liberals get so bent out of shape over Zell Miller. Not only this, but the prime time media outlets cannot avoid airing his speech, and he will speak AS A DEMOCRAT IN SUPPORT OF BUSH.

People like Munko love to say that ol' Zell doesn't matter with just the same rush and verve they give to accusations against Kerry, thus amply demonstrating how what liberals truly FEEL about Miller is far different than what you hear them say.

In short, they know it matters...a lot....and it eats at them....badly. Yet like so many other things, you will never hear them admit it. Instead, you will hear just the opposite.

But they'll be listening to ol' Zell, and so will the rest of America...you can count on it.

Default Gonna Be Great

Yep. Democrat Zell Miller....same guy who gave a speech at the Democrat's 1992 convention.

Along with him....we've got Arnold Swarchnegger.......John McCain......Laura Bush. Gonna be a GREAT CONVENTION. We haven't even gotten started yet.

Pro Choice and Moderate Republicans!!

BTW Liver...I am not bent out of shape about ZELL at all. After all Jim Jeffords did the same thing. I am simply saying that ZELL MILLER is not that of an influential Democrat and Ed Koch would have carried more weight.

Here are some points on Miller:

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/ar...TICLE_ID=38251 (I know its WND but it has quotes and I cannot believe I am quoting WND )

http://www.issues2000.org/Senate/Zell_Miller.htm

Doesn't being pro-choice infuriate The Republican PARTY?
