Obama is not even trying to compete in West Virginia because he doesn't have to to win the nomination. Clinton has already lost and the only reason she is still in is to raise enough money to pay off her personal "loans" or maybe go for the VP.

If she were to concede tomorrow, Obama would still likely lose in the home state of Robert Byrd. So, she gets to end on a high note. Republicans will of course take all this as a go-ahead to play the race-card, but it is sure to backfire. |

Obama does nolt need West Byrdland to get the nomination because he has a lead in the superdels and he has the math .......

Now let's be nice and do call the BO supporters idiots. I support McCAIN but I would not denergrate Obama supporters by calling tem idiots plus that very well could be a personal attack. I would save my deneragrating for the Clinonites.

But it's all good, you will benefit from having better leadership, as we all will. There's no point in fighting against something that's good for you, so you might as well support Obama (remember the last time we had a strong leader, Bill Clinton, the economy was must stronger). McCain isn't even close to Obama's political skill level, and it will hurt our national image to have a weak leader up top. And since perception plays such a big part in economic success, it's important to have somebody like Obama in charge, that has the skill to bring in foreign investment into our industries (the main factor that sparked the Clinton boom). Ironic moment on this thread: A man who voted for Bush, not once, but twice, calling somebody an "idiot". That must be a compliment coming from a Bush supporter (one of 25 percent of our population).

Obama has 1865 Delegates Clinton has 1697 Delegates Obama is winning by 168 Delegates There are 217 Pledged Delegates remaining There are 250 Super Delegates remaining For Clinton to take the lead with Pledged Delegates, she would need 86% of the remaining vote. For Clinton to take the lead with Super Delegates, she would need 84% of remaining For Clinton to clinch the nomination, she would need 71% of ALL remaining Delegates For a contested convention, she needs 66% of ALL remaining Delegates From my math, it looks pretty grim for Clinton. What math are you doing?
