edwards is an ambulance-chaser my friend.......hold on..let me find the legal cases he worked on. Most of his litigations are bogus, manipulative, solely focused to find obscure loopholes on the law rather on the arguments presented by the other legal party in the court..I have a lot of friends in North Carolina whom are familiar with his disgusting work. One of the reasons John Kerry lost in 2004 was Edwards.

The likes of John Edwards have created this huge mess we have with health insurance and obscure laws of malpractice, forcing some of the best doctors in the country to quit practicing medicine altogether.

I have had 33 years experience in the insurance industry and there are about 200 millions other people who had a much greater affect on the cost of health delivery in this country than Edwards had. Edwards was not that good that he was able to drive any significant number of docs out of the field. The malpractice factor is a fairly smALL FACTOR in the cost push that has increased the price of health delivery over the years.

The problems are broad based. Docs/other providers over charging, double charging, charging for things not done etc The laws that were based in most states which force hospitals to take in the u ninsured and then pass the cost down to us insured people.

You wave the flag of the few infamous malpractice cases that do not amount to spit in the overall but get the attention. It's ilke that Mikey D's coffee spill case that got all that attention . It was a very bad initial decision by the jury but it was not the prevenlent case.

Do some research and get your facts straight instead of mouthing off emotional dribble..

McCain's experience is dreadful. He supports the same old failed national security policies as George W. Bush. He will subject Americans to more fear mongering.
