Default McCain's Cabinet

My picks:

Vice President - Bobby Jindal

Secretary of State - Newt Gingrich
He is one of the smartest guys on either side of the aisle. With all the foreign policy challenges that McCain will face if elected president, Gingrich would be a phenomenal asset to have in the State Department.

Secretary of Defense - General David Petraeus
He has proven himself one of America's greatest generals. He took over in Iraq when America was on the verge of a historic defeat and created an opportunity for victory. Clearly, he understands how our military needs to be prepared to confront the kind of threats we face or are likely to face.

Attorney General - Robert Bork

Cabinet - Mitt Romney
Rudy Giuliani

If that were to come to pass, it would be the 7 sign of the apocalypse!

McCain's not gonna win, so we don't need to worry about it.

rodrigu, it has gotten to the point where i can't even take you seriously...when you want to comment on the post feel free to do so.

i would also add huckabee in there somewhere....

all i know is the republicans have the big names guaranteed for success....hillary won't be BO's VP ever....she would never stoop to that low. she sees failure and that is why she won't be an active part of his campaign

I don't really care what you think of me. You're just a kid who thinks way too much of himself.

And with regards to your post; I think it's a big joke. Why don't you just put down every Republican that ran for office this year. And I think putting Petraeus down for Sec of Def is a waste of talent. He's a gifted general and belongs in command, not in an administrative role. Bobby Jindal would better serve the country as he is right now - trying to rebuild Louisiana. I have nothing against Jindal and think he's a great leader, but the VP spot really has no role unless the POTUS dies. He's much more effective and has a greater effect on people's lives in his current position.

I never said such a thing about him. Find where I said anything like that and I'll concede the point. Also, you should know that I'm an independent and not a liberal.

If McCain picks Jindal, I might vote for him. His VP is very important due to his age. If he picks wrong I have to vote for Barr.

I like everyone you put in there except for Romney. He is one of the most incompetent people I have ever seen in politics.

I find it extremely ironic that many of those who claimed that Bush was the worst president in history claim that Obama is possibly the greatest thing to ever happen. If it is policy you are concerned with, then Obama is simply more of the same. More spending, more deficit, more foreign involvement, more government intervention, and more government regulation. Only a true partisan would claim that Obama represented change as the only change is the party he's from.

The vice president candidate is going to be a painfully white guy, most likely Tim Pawlenty.

You must remember, this election is about Racism. Mccain has to garner the anti-black vote in order to win.
