The truth is, he was given $100,000 to take a lie detector test with the promise of $1,000,000 if he passed. He didn't. He's a liar. And the people who keep this filthy smear alive are guilty of helping this fugitive from justice perpetuate a lie.

But the had 100,000 reasons not to have him pass. In any event, lie detector tests prove 0. There is a reason they are not allowed in court.

The record includes forgery charges in two states, one of which drew Sinclair a 16-year jail sentence. The Pueblo County, Colorado, Sheriff's Office also has an outstanding warrant for Sinclair's arrest for forging an acquaintance's signature and stealing her tax refunds.

Now, reasonable people -- even those who would never vote for Obama -- see this as what it is. A con trying to make a dishonest buck.

Politico had a thing or two to say about this liar this morning.

Not to the same degree, no. But it is still actionable. Especially where there is proven malice. I'd say that that is the case here. Larry Sinclair, if he's lying, is doing so with malice and that is clear. You cannot go around making slanderous statements that have absolutely no truth with impunity about famous people. That is a misconception.

Now if your argument was that Obama did not want to give this more publicity, then that is a better argument.

I am not perpetuating the rumor. I am one of many who are not convinced its just a lie, unlike you. You are an ardent supporter so naturally you are going to support him. I just want more information and then I'll make up my own mind.

I have an open mind and I'd like to know why the media is trying so hard NOT to pay attention.

1. Con man with a history of deceit schemes.
