Nah, not really innocuous. He said McCain stands to benefit from an attack.

There's really nothing to misunderstand, nothing was misspoken. He thinks McCain would stand to benefit from an attack.

There are many conservatives who don't have any morals left; all that matters is keeping the dummy's in power.

This is exact sentiment has been expressed to me on various forums.

Plus there's the Arkansas GOP guy, who said it.

It's out there, it's disgusting, and I'm not afraid to call it out.

Baloney! Black was only speaking the truth. That doesn't mean he's "praying" for an attack, for heavens sakes. McCain is seen as stronger on the fight against terrorism; Obama is not. And please do NOT throw out a Newsweek poll as we ALL know those don't count!! Just as another Katrina would SURELY help Obama. These are FACTS, simply based on what people perceive their strength to be. Besides, I heard Democrats say the same thing about Bush and another terrorism attack. Were THEY "praying" for one when they said that about Bush?????
