Default McCain's Psychological Problem

McCain displays his admitted lack of understanding of the economy again this week.

Already on record as saying the problems with economy are "psychological" McCain was confronted with the fact that his offshore drilling plan wouldn't affect gas prices for years, and even then, only minimally, he stated it would have the "psychological" impact he thinks would help.

Our energy dependence is a very real, material problem.

I'm thinking the psychological problem is McCain's.

Do you have a link to a video of him saying that or something? Or the context?

you are clearly the one *EDIT* whose feet I should be learning at! Consumer confidence drives many key economic indicators. Consumer confidence is pyschological! Are some of the underlying causes real and tangible? Yes, but McCain never said that they weren't!

EDIT: I ASPIRE TO YOUR WISDOM!

Right, it has nothing to do with gas prices, or anything to do with reality.

It's all a make-believe world with gum drop houses on lolipop lane.

Grow up.

Heavy Sigh....where did I allege that they are? I didn't so cut the crap!
Consumer confidence is what drives the stock market, and the stock market is what a lot of people consider the bellewhether of the economy, although it really isn't or shouldn't be.

So, you're not really saying anything, at all.

Why is consumer confidence so low? Is it because of "psychology," are people "crazy" or is it because of high gas prices, and the falling value of the dollar?
