We'll see where this year's numbers stand. But a few thousand out of several million is not significant.

1,000 a day is 365,000 a year, and that was just at the beginning of the Surge when things weren't as good as they are now.

Apparently, you can't do math either. Even if they kept moving at 1000 a day, it would take more than TWELVE years for them all to return. This is barring any new episodes of violence, which tend to result in net migrations.
