you can't redepoly the same troops to afghanistan b/c you need different troops, you need special forces to tackle the tough conditions in the mountains. so you can't just send the iraq troops to afghanistan if that is what you were getting at.

Special forces are special forces. You need to learn what you are talking about. You do not and cannot retrain regular infantry into special forces at the drop of a hat or on the large scale.
