This is actually is McCains best interest. The hypocrisy that would occur if he were to run as McCains vice would inevitable hinder his Presidential ambitions.

1. Bobby Jindal must have at least a little bit of a brain in his head. Good for Bobby.

OR McCain has made up his mind already and has informed Jindal it won't be him. I think that is highly likely. I never really saw Jindal as the pick.

We don't know if Romney has been asked or not, as I said earlier McCain could have his mind made up but is waiting to reveal the choice for a later time. He probably wouldn't ask yet if he isn't read to make the choice public.
