Default Kerry's "$200 Billion and counting" figure is not accurate

Wow...exaggerations from a liberal. Imagine that.

Default I'd like to know where/how John Kerry/DNC got that number...

132 billion, 200 billion...pretty soon you're talking REAL money...

They might be including what has been budgeted but not spent? I honestly don't know, but it doesn't look good when the candidate uses "fuzzy math"...

On edit..it says in your link where he gets the figure from...Did you see that?

He must have been using Arthur Andersen to get the numbers...or maybe Halliburton's accounting department...??

No I don't. Because there's many things that factor into the cost of war. The actual cost, loss of revenue, etc.. Not to mention that I think it's safe to say, that we are nowhere near the end, so it is going to cost at least $200 billion before it's over.

And the fact that Bush advisors projected from the beginning that the war would cost between $100 billion to $200 billion dollars, I don't see why anyone is surprised that this is the number being used.

So, Kerry's not actually lying this time, he's just anticipating?
