McCain. I hate when disabled kids are put down because...some physically disabled kids still have their brains and the mental capacity to think and such. And I love how Republicans and McCain emphasize how important the INDIVIDUAL is to society.

We discussed Sarah Palin and her daughter - and we believe that she is inclined to support people with disabilities and loves her daughter very much, but at this point the consensus of the class is that Obama's policies and his support of the ADA Restoration Act make him a stronger supporter of disabilty rights policy, and equal rights, equal opportunity, and equal access. The class decided this based on review of statements by McCain and Obama at disability forums found on youtube.
