If they are the positions of the Democratic party why do you have to alter the text and make up your own?

Ok, so unions drive up labor cost's and therefore send jobs oversea's. Right???, so the better solution is what? Americans working for lower wages? We have that now. Too many maunufaturing jobs, over 3 million or roughly 1/6 of these "good" jobs have left. The jobs replacing them now are lower paying with less benefits. Who does this help? hmmm... Oh, I've got it !!! Corp. America, and the wealthy CEO's and shareholders. Lower wages, fewer benefits, no enviromental oversight, no pension plans, and lower taxes. Now that's a business plan sure to increase profit's. So screw off American worker, this is about the top tier making even more money, not whether "you" and your little crybaby children can really get ahead in America. It is world economy, and if you haven't made your fortune in it, well too bad It's all about me! me ! me!
So thats the econimic plan for the Republican party eh? Great plan.
Of course, when crap hit's the fan they will just blame the unions.

These same people argue that we should drill for more oil because the great nation would have never prospered without it. Of course when you apply that same argument to union's that protect the workers, well that's different.

The American worker certainly isn't helped by the jobs going over sea's, in fact I would argue that the American consumer isn't really helped that much either. But Corp. America, CEO's, board member's and shareholders. That's where you really see who benefits.

I know, just figured I call em out on it. Seems to have worked too, no response as of yet, and I don't expect one.

Manial labor is only worth what teh market will bear. While I am not a big fan of unfettered globalization, I do see that unskilled labor jobs where unions drive the labor cost up to professional level pay are destined to movge overseas. As a matter of fact, in some cases it may be financially prudent for a company to change its citizenship in order to prevent the U.S. from panalizing them for moving away from such union overpricicng!!!
