Nope, but preaching change against the establishment brings a violent response. That is why McCain, the only candidate who has bucked his party before, is experiencing the violent backlash. In fact, the only violent protest outside a party's covention this year was committed by Democrats outside the Republican Convention. That is because Democrats in the know like the way things currently are with politicians cooking up under the table deals.
