Edwards gives a quick answer to the present question, then backtracks and wastes his time answering previous statements. Cheney refutes by using El Salvador illustration. His experience is evident.

Question is on Global Test issue
Edwards is forced to paraphrase or interpret Kerry's gaffe from the last debate. Cheney's response refutes precisely Edwards' "facts" and then slams Kerry/Edwards' talking about credibility. Edwards recaps Kerry's appearance last thursday... I don't see what this has to do with anything. Cheney
