Default Hillary Barely Mentions Palin During Obama Talk (Is She Secretly Endorsing Her?)

http://www.dispatchpolitics.com/live...litics&sid=101
Quote:
Clinton barely mentioned Palin during her 20-minute speech to an estimated 1,200 people in the college auditorium. The senator hit hard at the Bush administration and suggested that McCain would represent a third Bush term.

Clinton didn't mention Obama until halfway through her speech. She related the experience of her own primary campaign in Ohio, during which she said she came face to face with the problems of hemorrhaging industrial jobs and home foreclosures.
This is why the Democrats will lose in November. They still don’t have the American people, who want victory in War on Terror, not defeat, and want enegy independence and a government that gets the hell out of the way.

The fundamentals favor McCain-Palin.

Hillary knows this.

Well they are going after independent voters, right?

Consider this, Palin is imminently likeable while Hillary has long been described as a polarizing figure with high negatives.

Hillary had better not utter the word Palin, or independent women will run to the likeable Palin's defense. Hey that is just how the real world works!

Hillary is probably one of the most popular politicians in our country. She has a following allegiance unlike any other politician. Its clear that she doesn't want Obama to win.

Within her party perhaps, but not among many people outside that group.
She is devisive and polarizing, and many media types have admitted as much!

If Obama wins, Hillary's done until 2016. I can't think of a single challenger within the same party that has displaced a sitting President running for a second term. If McCain wins, she's a hands down for the Democrat nomination in 2012.

You've gotta be (*)(*)(*)(*)ting me.
Mentioning Palin can do nothing to help the Obama campaign... and Hillary, being smarter than most, gets that.
I take it you're not one who thinks the DNC and media obsession with Palin are hurting Obama more than helping?

If Clinton wanted to "back Palin" she'd go after her like a rabid pitbull. Instead she went after McCain and the current Republican administration.

Agreed. If Obama keeps the focus on Palin, it will only ensure an easy win for McCain.

She don't want Obama to win and neither does Bill Clinton. That was also clear when he gave his endorsement to Barack Obama at the convention. The speech was lukewarm at best. What candidate for president can possibly win a election when a former U.S. president of the same party doesn't give a full endorsement?

Oh, and Hillary is waiting for 2012.
