Essentially "too close to call" as a 2 point lead is a wash with sample error rate.
Can McCain hold on to this narrow statistical lead for another 3 weeks to avoid breaking the historical trend? Normally, the candidate with the last convention gains a lead and holds it for at least 5 weeks. http://www.gallup.com/poll/110365/Ga...cCain-Two.aspx
