If it was that easy, everyone would do it.

His bounce remember came from being behind not tied or even, so going back to a two point lead isn't evening the bounce out at all. If it was evening out he would be trailing Obama since he was losing before the bounce started.

McCain's bounce is not really ebbing, McCain's lead in part was due to Obama losing votes and McCain gaining votes. McCain still supports about the same % of the vote, but Obama has gained votes.

As the stench from today's 504-pt. Dow Jones bowel movement reaches further into the American nostrils, and folks realize that it was McCain's financial adviser Phil Grahamm who largely CREATED the conditions leading to this huge, steaming load, that "bounce" will CONTINUE to fade.
